Yea where? That's cool.
Today I went to try and figure out what's wrong with my transfer case. I am missing the spring that's supposed to hold it in 2wd. However that's not the issue. The forks shaft isn't too long either. I managed to force it into 2wd, and it will go into 4hi but not stay there, and won't go into neutral or 4lo. At least not with as much force as I was putting on it. Also realized the boostwerks shift tab is bent. So I put the stock one back on.
For now its just going to cruise around in 2wd. I need to do the suspension on my other jeep and need something to drive in case I don't get that done I'm a timely manner.
I have a spare tcase that I'm going to attempt to put a sye in then swap it in when I get my others suspension done.

Where did you get the switch?
Here's a similar one: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Light-Bar-Rocker-Switch-Jeep-Wrangler-TJ-1997-2006-/221490633228?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&vxp=mtr&hash=item3391deda0c
They have a bunch of different ones in their ebay store too.
I thought it might snap in like it says it does for the wranglers, but no dice. Had to cut out the blank panel and epoxy it from the back side.
It does look like it will click right in if you put it where your rear wiper or defroster switch currently is.

Shock bolts? If you're having trouble with the uppers, they'll probably break. Be prepared to fish new bolts through.

And spray the rear leaf bolt nuts with pb through the holes in the frame. I soaked them and it broke them free enough to back out without spinning the nuts save one. Then as stated cut them out and replace them. Daystar has poly bushing kits with greasable bolts. Dunno if it's cheaper than the stealership though.

I chopped it behind that hanger behind the muffler, it droned horribly and dumped exhaust in the cab neither of which are things I want when I go wheeling tomorrow, so today after work I built this for all of $0. Found a bunch of scrap 2.5" EMT conduit tubing and did some flux core booger welding. It works.

fixed a vacuum leak caused by recent ccv modification, glued my broken window crank handle on, washed it, vacuumed it out, cleaned up the positive battery cable and clamp bc it had a bunch of corrosion on it. wtf
