i really should. i was reading a write up on it earlier, and i should be able to do it within an hour. I need to re aim my headlights anyway as well. my white XJs headlights are actually not too bad at all, and they're properly aimed

I ve been doing the same. My tax return is going mainly towards my wedding. some I am also gonna use towards a custom driveshaft and sye.

Have everything ready to be ordered to rebuild front ds. Gotta find out from my pops when he can do it

Your were lucky enough to get a return, I owe them! I may have to go on a payment plan and keep building the XJ anyway lol

30 minutes is all it takes. Just remove the battery so you got more room then take off the headlight surrounds and radiator/condenser fascia.

i'd rather not take the battery out, but we'll see how it goes. I know the front plastic pieces have to come off

Well you're going to want to remove the negative strap anyway so move the battery enough with the pos cable still attached and it will be easier

yeah, well you're supposed to put the cable from the harness onto the positive, but I'm just going to put it on the fuse box like I did with my sub cables.

If you're running standard wattage headlamps, there's no need. If you're running those super high wattage, get real hot, wire melting headlamps however, then you need it.

Default What I did today

Installed hd rubicon express track bar (1660) with drop bracket. got rid of the POS rc adjustable track bar. Yeeheheoaooao (turtleman voice)

The harness also helps with the voltage drop that is common with xjs. Will make the headlights a lil brighter
