continued to build the exhaust, routing 3" pipe out the back is proving to be quite a challenge, the generic truck tailpipe kit i bought isnt working like i wanted. i would have been better off buying some generic mandrel bends, id have a lot less wasted pipe too.

one might say..

...i imight be...

...exhausted..

we need to know what you have. Do you have a Cherokee, grand Cherokee, etc? Engine type, transmission type, etc. you will get more hits on your post if you post in the OEM technical discussion area of the forum. This is more of a non-technical hey look what I did to my Cherokee today type thread. Cheers.

Had a local club holiday party to attend so I went to wash the jeep off from last week. Made the mistake of lightly washing the engine bay and ten minutes from home at a red light one of the trans connectors decided not to work anymore and left me in 1st gear as I limped home. After fixing that I drove to the party fine. Go to leave hours later and my battery is dead. Don't believe I left anything on but it started right up with a jump and was reading fine and no issues leaving. I'll have to see if it'll start tomorrow. On a great note I won a set of Warn w650D driving lights with wireless remote switch. So looking forward to switching my old PIAAs out soon.

I took a chance and installed LED bulbs from superbriteleds dot com on my instrument dashboard. I used their bulb finder and ordered five #74 bulbs. These bulbs were REALLY small and didn't know if they were the right one. After removing the instrument panel (really easy to do) I removed the twist sockets and removed factory bulbs. I then inserted the LEDs and through trial and error (really pain in the *** due to their polarity), managed to get the whole thing done.

Replaced valve cover, gasket, air cleaner, and related plumbing.

Real reason was to address a leaky VC gasket, but I think I found my vacuum leak. Hopefully the rough idle will be solved!
