I've got lots of models, including an ash tray pod that takes oem switches.

Congrats!

Start picking up extra shifts.

Plan first, then build.

Clean/inspect all grounds.

Don't buy cheap parts, be patient and get the good stuff.

Wheel that baby before you start throwing parts at it. She'll surprise you with what she can do.

Almost finished getting it prepared for its first post lift wheeling trip. I have to rebuild the front double carden joint, then I should be good until after the trip. Gotta love 5 speed problems.

I realized that the simple things are not so simple. I grabbed a 3 switch panel to replace my 2 switch panel. I found out that the new 12v outlets don't have the same wiring connectors...and they won't stay seated if you swap them. I did score 50 cents from a previous owner when I tore the center console out. I hope I can find a couple thousand hidden under the carpet to cover the remaining upgrades.

That's because you grabbed one off of a 97 like mine. Just grab the body side connection off the 97 and splice it in

Carried the bedliner up to the upper body line, covering most of the damaged paint. Damn inconsiderate trees.

Wife just brought some packages from the PO. Cooling system parts and e-brake cables for the disc conversion. Now if it will just quit raining. None for months and now the monsoons.
