Dukie correct me if I'm wrong; but it sounds like you still havethe stock down pipe on. I had to change mine out awhile back. Its amazing how different it sounds without that pre-cat.its stock diameter, jst does have the pre-cat. My exhaust is in my sig. Urs sounds sweet though.

Constructive criticism or suggestions to help someone is one thing... bashing someone's rig and saying it looks like **** is another entirely.
Kyle 4x4, some people like painting parts to set their vehicle apart rather than putting ridiculous stickers in the window... but I should take my own advice and not mention that...

I painted my diff covers fluorescent lime green, I get positive comments all the time. I could of painted them orange or red, but I was afraid someone would report that my cherokee was on fire : )

I think I'm picking up a t-case skid plate today for $20 and it turns out that the guy has Grand Cherokee V8 coils for $30 leftover from a previous Cherokee project. Good match for my craigslist NOS rear leafs and longer shackles for a 1.5-2 inch lift. I might have to see what else he's got...

Good point....
And I think it kicks *** myself. Lots of our Jeeps aren't even considered "real Jeeps" anyway by people who don't like anything different. If the guy wants lime green and a stack it's cool by me. And he won't spill his beer as often with that cup holder. We can redneck our **** as much as we want, we're XJ owners and it's our God given right to do so. As a matter of fact it's damn near our responsibility as the black sheep of the Jeep family. Now where did I put that PVC....

Dixie, I love yours. It is the epitome of redneck engineering. You identify a problem, and you get it fixed. Does it look pretty? Not in the traditional sense, but there are people who appreciate the simplicity of your mods. (And you get bonus points for the flag)
As for colors? People have preferences. As stated: If you don't like it, don't do it to yours.
This made me chuckle
