XJ's~For~Life

Okay, Tonight I tuned the XJ up. I replaced the Dist Cap,Rotor Button,Plugs{Champions} and the wires. Man it even sounds different than before. I took it down the road and when I came back it hit second gear and broke loose and went a little sideways It needed this badly.

I also changed the oil and the filter. I use and always have used Valvoline oil. I used the Wix filter which is the best filter for the money imho.

While in the middle of all this I decided to start removing the body molding that has been urking me for a while. Man they look better without the molding. One side is done for now. I plan on doing the Bed liner thing but instead just using Gloss black paint. I want to do this because I rebuilt my 99 XJ out of the junk yard and the front end is still black so I think the black around the bottom and the bottom half of the rear quarter will be sweet. Also I have planned on cutting the front fenders and possibly adding some other flares. I will get some pics soon.

I have a ton of other little mods planned once I get the time, which is hard to come by these days!

Got some pics but it was a little dark. THe black dont show up like I wanted against the dark purple. It still looks good. I have alot more modding planned soon. So far! Oh and 245/75/16 tires with no lift
