I just had mounted and balanced (5) 30"x9.50" Treadwright muds w/BFG at carcasses. I LOVE THEM! Not loud either. All 5 m+b for $500. I am so happy. I also emailed them and scored some stickers for the XJ! Good customer service, awesome product, fast shipping!

I love my treadwrights had them on since last march and they still have plenty of tread. They do get louder as they wear.

Well after 5,000 miles I dumped my TreadWright BF Goodrich look alike 31/8/15's. I did NOT like these tires from day 1 as the width is supposed to be 10.5 but is actually 8 inches. They wore down way too fast for the 5,000 miles I put on them and had to balance them 2 times (did not throw a weight) b/c of the way they wore. I had other tires on (Good Year Wranglers) and they wore perfect for the 15,000 I put on them. I just ordered 4 Super Swamper TrXus STS 29/10.5/15's with 4 Cragar Black Widow rims mounted, balanced and shipped with 20 steel lug nuts (all steel not acorn) and 4 cragar center caps for $880 (this is the best price I found after looking for a month or so) from Summit Racing. I hope these wear better than the TreadWrights...Anyone have any knowledge of how these tires are??...Tj

Years ago, back when they were HiTech Retreading, I ran some LT 30X9.50R15 MUDs on an 85 S-10. They were noisy but they were good, cheap mud tires.

I put a bunch of miles on mine and they are still great. I have no complaints.

I have the same tires as above, 31/10.5/15 guard dog's, they have about 1000 miles on them, and so far no complaints! I think these are the best pics I have of them so far...and yes, I need to trim, get sway discos, and some new flares...I know, I know lol, I had to see how bad off I am.

Wow, this is an old thread. I have had theses guys send me some tires before, about 12 yrs ago, I got 30x9.50x15's mt's. I wore them out in about 25K, but had no complaints. I am eyeballing some 265-70 or 75 16's from them now. I do not know if they will fit though. I have currently no lift, but fenders trimmed, and get an occasional rub on the front from the 265-70-15's on it currently. If someone could tell me, and ifyou would like pics it's in new dummy in intro section.

See my post above from 10/7/10 (post 158). I have the 265/75/16's and they rub even with a 4.5" lift but I am not trimmed at all. They are exactly 32" tall. Loving the tires though and they are not wearing at all. I just got a nail in the rear tire and had to have it plugged so I ordered up another tire last week to replace it with and use the plugged one as a spare. It's still holding air though but I just want to be safe.

Theyre great tires, turns out I actually have a faulty set also...so they sent me a free new set (all 4) and I'm still pounding on the faulty set.

IMHO if a defective product can hold up for almost a year of abuse with no real issues (the tires are cracked in the cap of the retread, that's the defect)...I'll stand by their non defective product full force. Plus customer service is awesome with them.

Oh yeah just for a reminder, I still have a new set in my closet that was free of charge....that's a pretty sweet peace of mind on their warranty!
