Oh and after I fix it by using one of the suggestions mentioned, I'll be to busy to post back what actually fixed my problem for reference by future XJ owners.

That's because nothing ever gets fixed. Not really anyway.

If it moves and it shouldn't, use duct tape.
It it doesn't move and it should, use WD40.
If it makes too much noise while it moves, add some Lucas.
If you're not sure if it's supposed to move or not, just replace it.

Thats how i am, i have only asked one question out of like 3-4 years of looking stuff up the search is a wonderful thing. i sure wish people would come back after they ask their questions though, always wonder what happened in the end

I also don't know how to search or use google, so can you find all the websites I need and link them here so all I have to do is click on them.

But I don't know anything about cars so you'll have to re-explain everything on the write-up to me again in this thread.

Not sure what year it is or how to explain what's wrong, but surely you can diagnose it over the Internet.

Thank you for doing all the work for me!

...hopefully people get the joke, lol.

I was debating putting this in cherokee chat, but decided the guys who frequent this section would at least get a kick out of it before it was moved...if it does.

So if your account says you've not been here long, and you've been banned before..does that mean you got a permanent ban and made a new account?

Oh, and my check engine light is on. I had it scanned at Autozone, they said something about a sensor or something. I need to have this fixed by tomorrow. Which parts do I need to buy on my way home from work?
