Labor cost to replace oil pan gasket and main seal
I got quoted $700 for just labor and $160 for parts. Does not include oil change which is extra $40. Comes with 2 years 24k miles warranty. Fair price to you guys?

No that does not seem like a fair price, but I guess it also depends on where you're located.
FYI: Parts including oil and filter is roughly 1/2 of you're quoted parts. Labor is about 3-4 hours.

$700 seems high. At $99 per hour, that means they're spending 7 hours on it.
At my local shop, it may only be around $300-400. I can always supply my own parts for less than that through RockAuto, or a local store with a commercial discount because I know a guy.

VERIFY the cause of the oil leak first!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I’d be looking up ABOVE first, and VERIFYING the source of the oil leak YOURSELF.
Everybody, who doesn’t own or have to pay for or perform your vehicle repairs, loves to poke their noggin UNDER the Jeep and come out bearing the false bad news that your RMS is leaking. Many mechanics, friends, and good old Uncle Bob seem to enjoy telling you it’s the rear main seal. Has a catastrophic ring to it, doesn’t it?
A simple leak at the back of the valve cover or other source could produce the same symptoms. You don’t need to be a mechanic to figure this out. If you have good eyesight and a dim flashlight, you’re good to go on your own. Don’t jump on the RMS/oil pan gasket bandwagon right off the bat.
Almost any oil leak on your 4.0 is gonna drip from the RMS area for two simple reasons:
First off, the engine sits nose-up and any oil will run back to the RMS area.
Secondly, the RMS area is also the lowest point on the engine. Simple physics and the old plumber’s adage apply here: “Crap flows downhill”.
Valve cover gasket, oil pressure sending unit, oil filter adapter seals and distributor gasket, in that order, have to be eliminated as possibilities first.

Cruiser's right. I followed his advice and found my own oil leak wasn't even where I thought it was coming from. Turned out to be my oil filter adapter.
I'm just saying the labor seems costly to me as you were quoted.
Good luck.

The entire damn underbody is covered in oil, from the filter adapter all the way down to the crossmember. Even the damn transmission mount is soaked with oil. LOL Could be anything at this point. I'm going wash the oil off tomorrow and start from there to see where the leak is coming from.

If it's up to the filter adapter, I'd start by fixing that and THEN wash it off. Then you'll know if it's the filter adapter or a combination of it and something else.

START AT THE TOP!!!!
YOURSELF!
Anyone who was gonna screw me for $700, I wouldn't trust their diagnosis.
Put the camera away and take the advice in my write up I posted a ways back. This could be as simple as a loose valve cover bolt for crying out loud.
