I took the drivers door panel today and found the original chrysler "vehicle production broadcast" sheet taped to the inside of the panel. I tried photographing it but I can just read it so pics look too fadded.
The front has the vin, the order# the date and time the order was printed, the sales codes and every item that was installed on the vehicle is listed.
On the back is a very long list of option codes.
I'd like to find a fillable pdf of this form that could be used to reproduce it.
