There have been people asking about our XJ Steering Box brace with Sector shaft brace and its compatibility with the Durango Steering box. Well good, news. It will work with a .240"-.250" spacer on the stock steering box spacer bracket.

This is the guy I'm referring to.

Just a challenge/suggestion for you and Andy. Have you considered shackle relocation boxes/braces for the MJ Comanche? The stock mounts are thin and not boxed like the XJ.

We have considered it but we dont have an MJ around here that we can mess with. Its on the "to-do" list.

I believe Lowrange is in your area. If not, Myself or Cruiser might be able to round you up a few "test subjects" willing to help.

I'm way out in the mountains now, Lowrange used to be down the road from me in Wilmington, but I'm out in Hayesville, NC now. If you know anyone out here, then definitely.

Once we get our WJ in we will start making those types of products. Within the next 6 months I'd say there will be a skid and many other things.

Good it needs it and no one makes the part yet just the thin oem one that is good at rusting out on them.

are you bending the shackle mounts? i was bending my 1/4" shackles, not the mounts. also, the shackle angle really shouldn't be a problem. thats why you dont see companies making shackle relocations.

Not me as I don't rock bounce or plan on it. I've seen a few others bend or break them. A lot of these mud boggers are as rough on their rigs as you crawlers are.
