this may or may not be the place to post this but, i wanna get a r.e. lift on my xj. dont have a place to do it myself and to be honest i never installed one , so does anyone know anywhere that does quality installs at price at a good price in the south florida area. i know about 4 wheel parts but to be honest the last time i went to the one in miami i felt like the guys behind the counter all had attitudes, i dont know why but they made you feel like if you werent dropping 10k there then they didnt want your business, and when i asked about military discount the guy said no they dont do that even tho all there fliers and website say they do. so if you know a place or of a wrench party i would appreciate it

Save the money paying a "shop" to do it. Meet some local jeepers and if the jeep people out there are anything like the west coast, people will be down to throw a lift party and have some food and beer!

its kindA tough here since no one really drives xj's, your not cool unless you have a j/k, i would love to do it myself so i can learn more about my jeep.

sad thing is thats my job in the coast guard, i can fix turbines, diesels, outboards, inboards generators, etc etc, but i live in a apt and dont have the tools needed to do it myself.
