Has anybody ever dealt with Tellico4x4 before?

I ordered a transfer case drop and extended sway bar links from Tellico4x4.com (aka discountjeepparts.com) last Tuesday. I called ahead to make sure both items were in stock. The rep assured me that they were and that they would ship within a business day...

Well the tc drop didn't ship until late Thursday night and the links are MIA. I just got off the phone with another sales rep that informed that the sway bar links are "still in production." It appears that all of their items ship directly from the manufacturer and she's going to contact me again as soon as she finds out from them what exactly the situation is.

Needless to say, I'm not happy. Between the twisty roads around here and waiting to get the post-lift alignment done, I would've ordered them elsewhere if I'd known it was gonna turn into this mess

I ordered something a while ago from them. It shipped and arrived as it should have. I can't remember any problems...no one is perfect. Hope they get your order right.

Unfortunately, it seems like they've been less than perfect a few times. I did what I should've done before I placed my order and did a google search for reviews of them. On one site, they got one or two stars (out of 10) from 10 out of 12 reviewers.

I sent them another email later on Monday night so we'll see where that goes.
