So most of you have inspired me to go into a craigslist hunt.

Currently I've been on a search for some rims (on the cheap) to replace the factory steelies that came with mine (i hate how they collect mud and ice inside the lip they have)

I came across these, talked the guy down to 125 if another person he is working with backs out of a deal with him, they dont have tires, and he claims to not know what brand they are...(look like soft 8's to me)

So heres the question, good deal or bad deal?! (also if you happen to recognize what they are, please let me know)

they look like soft 8s to me. if they are and the center caps are cragars as well. i would say its a good deal. considering that the rims have minimal scratches, paint chip and if they are not warped/cracked anywhere. i would try and talk him down to $100 if not then $125 is an alright price.

Alright, cool. Just wanted second opinions (happy to see im on the right track)! I already tried to talk him down to 100, but he said theyre "like new".....i guess ill see if that other guy backs out, which hopefully he does.

i just bought the same ones. Those are soft 8s. If you cant get them then order them from Summit Racing. $182.97 out the door for 4-15x8.

if the other guy backs out, go get them. especially if the center caps are cragars. just the center caps alone ar $15 a piece. so for $125...that is a damn good deal.
