Draft: JK (Wrangler) bumper mod for XJ. How-to
#31
As I stated earlier....not bashing you or your rig.
As stated earlier think the bumper looks ugly on an XJ.
That's all. Nothing more than that.
I appreciate the effort to make something unique. Not a lot of people are willing to do that. You get an A+ for effort!
Not everyone has the same taste as you so don't be offended. Different people like different things. If we all like the same thing we'd all have identical rigs.

Scour your local JY.
Learn to weld.
Ever heard of craigslist?
Tried the For Sale Forum here on on any other Jeep Forum?
Looked in the Vendor Forum here?
There are plenty of deals to be had if YOU do a little looking on your own.
Perhaps one of the mods should clean up this thread. I'm sure OP would appreciate it.
Any other comments should be handled via PM so this thread stays on Track.
My apologies to the OP for getting involved with derailing your thread.

It is also a draft/chat thread. The official build thread will be a locked thread by policy of the site.
I agree. Learn to weld. I'm "re-learning" and doing so with a small welder. The resources aren't the same here on the east coast (land of the liberals and home of the environmentalists that have a war on JYs and anything old. DC is so uptight it is sad (why I'm moving away as soon as possible).

Caracticus Potts The Mod
The trimmed down version of that JK bumber looks good to me, so I must fall into that small narrow group of people that like different and unique. Nice work Warrior.
