Wow sorry to hear about that. Reason why I wouldn't order from them if I wasn't local, that said I'm leaving in a week and don't plan on buying one due to low funds. But that might be for the better.

Being local you would definitely be able to stay on top of them better.

I bought three bumpers from Logans within the past year and a half. Good service from them and an excellent product at a really good price. Nice people to deal with. I had no problems.
I wonder what changed? I do know that they are a small family-owned business and I kinda got the impression that they've got day jobs too.

Glad to hear you got your money back! now I have a new link for my "horror story" response to questions about these guys.
I also considered them along time ago. After trying and failing to get in contact with them, I went with JCR on the front and got a great deal on the smittybilt rear.
Lying is not becoming of a business.

Some of these small bumper companies are a one man band probably and they work a day job.Its not easy working two jobs and they let the bumper company get back burner tell they get around to it.Some sites say a 4 to 6 week wait which is cool but they should live up to a shipping date,If not a simple phone call or email is all it takes for most of us.We all understand things happen and would give them some lead way if they reply back to their customers. But lying/ignoring customers or taking 6 months to a year to make and ship a bumper is wrong.

I lost a lot of business over the years as a one man remodeling company because people couldn't wait but I always told them up front and never missed a deadline.
I also fired a few subcontractors for not meeting their deadlines. Most would blame everything but their own bad planning for the delays. Delays and problems happen. It's how we handle them that separates the good companies from the bad. That's true in any industry.

Well just went out side and the tire carrier portion is out there now. Ya not sure what to think on this one. No hardware not even the stuff to attach the carrier to the bumper. Im stumped on this one. My refund came two weeks ago.

I guess I'd give them a call and see what they say but clearly someone didn't get the memo on this one.
Very odd indeed.

Well just got off the phone with them. They said I had two choices. Pay or send it back. I told them that this was a non working bumper. That no hardware at all was attached. No hinge no frame attachment no latch and parts of the bumper were missing. Not to mention not a single bolt or washer was included. Jamie sounded in disbelief and felt I didn't know what I was looking at. She actually made me take pics of the whole bumper to prove all was missing. Now that kind of hurt. Out of this whole deal im the one thats word is put into question? So I sent the pics and she called me back with "it must have been left off at powder coating". She said she would ship out all necessary hardware first thing tomorrow. Im a pretty easy going guy but this would challenge the patients of a Buddhist monk. Well that's ware im at as of now. And for those of you still counting this is 8 weeks 1 day.
