Just noticed you are in a new Cherokee. As for installing a CB in it, maybe ask around in the KL section of this forum because everything will be different from our XJ's. https://www.cherokeeforum.com/f87/

Cobra classic 29ltd from pilot or flying j truck stop. 75 after 30 mail in rebate. Bought mine late September should still be on sale. 40 channels. Nothing too fancy but they heard me 20 miles out with the factory semi setup (firestick antenna and hardwired battery terminals). Got all the goodies you need or want there to like antennas, mounting & tuning accessories, and power plugs.
Then go to a cb shop and flip both pockets inside out and proceed to grab ankles.
