So my ball joints are bad upper and lower. Need an alignment need new u joints and new brakes. Probably also new hubs.i plan to replace it all after Christmas myself. With help from Neal "Xjwonders". My question is I have a HP D30 that I'll be working on I am probably getting everything from advanced auto.what Ball joints should I get??? I noticed there's a upper and lower kit I assume I need 2 of those cause only 2 are in the kit.i plan to get spicer u joints.I am just concerned with ball joints.people say the high pinion ones have the bigger ball joints.

Same ball joints on all D30s. Hell even the TJ D44s use the same ball joints. Just get Spicer and be done, they last 15 years no problem

You can get the spicer ball joints on Amazon for around $40 per side, which is cheaper than the autozone and oreilly house brands.

You need to check the tie rods as well while your replacing things.

At that point, just upgrade to Serious Steering, (if you're running 33's or 35's). Huge upgrade.
