Default Anyone know who makes this bumper?

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone in here know what front bumper is on this bushwacker cherokee or who owns it, I really like the stance so I was wondering what lift and wheel combo it was running.

Hmm that's what I kinda thought too, by comparing the pic to the others in the gallery, I'm leaning more torwards 32 because it seems a little too wide for a 31x10.5, at first I thought they were Mickey Thompson Classic II, but the holes were too big, but the tires look like M/T baja claws
