Very much in progress, but will have the lift and paint done this time next month so stay tuned!
Also if any of you are interested I started a thread for sourcing those hard to find 2 door parts! Add comments with links to parts or DIY stuff and I'll add it to the first post so it can help get others back up and running. I am still verifying but I think I have sourced new power window regulators for the 97-01.

EDIT: oh how optimistic I was back then..

Yeah, I bedlined it with rustoleum after i developed some rustholes and discovered that a previous life it had two round holes drilled through the roof (lightbar perhaps? I think it was an old govt vehicle before i got it in 2003). The bedliner works great, i like the look and texture. It also works well for the political season- i write messages to the sign-wavers.

To date, I have scored several sets of Rear Quarter Glass & Seals at PnP. STILL ... old rubber :~( I even found two sets of "Pop-Out" type glass [hinged/latched smaller piece on larger piece] Got ONE [movable] Vent window for passenger door. All of those will be sold off to fund restoration.
My next task is to try to see if Regulators from series two [three ?] '97-'01 can be retrofit onto my '96. I'd love to have the larger one piece glass, and lose the fixed vent window. Yes, I know that the entire doors can be swapped; but, it requires some pretty big cannbalizing to do "Right". Found ONE Thread, and guy drilled BIG holes in fixed jamb to shoehorn striker retainer into. Not comfortable drilling 1.5"+ hole into jamb :~( That was closest that I've found, done [properly].
