You might try buying a tapered reamer instead of a drill bit to drill out the knuckles and pitman arm, It would be much much easier, if you've used a reamer you know what im talking about

Drove it today with the new steering for the first time, bump steer is hardly noticeable but definitely there. Other
Mad death wobble at 40+mph, but it did that be for some too...lol
Other than that steering is much tighter, feels tighter over bumps, and it looks good on top of that!

Sooo I figured why not send in an order to ruff stuff. 7/8x3/4 Heims and nut ended inserts. Also got the weld on offset axle side track bar mount and the weld on frame outside mount.
Gonna use the left over Dom from the steering.
Whelp, otk with stock track bar diddnt really work out to well. I feel like I had to trim to much of the passenger coil bucket and it compromised the strength of the axle side track bar mount.
Glad I'm getting it over with and doing it right. I'll post pics of the install

Oat initiated...
Should I plate where I'm supposed to weld the frame side ruff stuff bracket? I'm thinking 1/4" plate bolted to the stock location and plug welded. Then weld the ruff stuff mount to that.

Got some 1/4" plate.
Trying to spread the load of the track bar frame side bracket on the unibody instead of just welding the bracket straight to the unibody.
Heated it with a torch and bent it at a 90 to be able to match up with the bracket and unibody
No more progress untill my package from ruff stuff gets here...should be Monday or Tuesday and I hope to be driving it by Wednesday

Got some things in
Ruff stuff 7/8 heims and the frame outside bracket. Unfortunately ruff stuff forgot to pack the offset axle side track bar mount but, one quick call to them and it's shipping out today!
