Test fitted the winch bumper last night. Everything clears nicely and its tucked in pretty well like I was shooting for. Now I just need to finish plating it and close up all the holes I cut
Then I threw the header on real quick just to get an idea of how much more narrow it is now.

Started on the header last night. Its not perfect but its not bad for what it is. I will have to fiberglass and bondo a few spots to clean it up but it should come up decent when I'm all done.

Things are moving forward I have just been slacking on posting pictures. And I blew the motor on my dd so I lost a few weeks finding an new motor and swapping that in. I'm going to try and update with a handful of pictures I have been collecting. I ordered my new notcher yesterday so I can get going on the actual tube work next.
Air box deleted. Cowl intake installed. Normally I prefer to just build my own intake but having the air filter built in the spectre made this worth it for me. ANd I jammed the washer reservoir in the corner as well
Next I had to figure out how to fit the battery. Made a small tray out of angle iron and some small tube for it to sit on. Fits nice and snug.
Still need to clean all the wires up but thats the general engine bay setup now.
Bumper mounted. It will be coming back off to get finished but I needed to test fit it before I went crazy with welding it all back together.
Next up I had to throw some hood pins on since I cut all the stock hood mounts and release off.
I welded tube into the inside of the fender and welded a plate to the top. The pins thread into the top and fit nice and snug.
Then my LED's came in for the new headlights so I threw those in real quick to test fit them. Still working on the mounting but It looks like I'm going to tie them into the bumper and the entire header panel will mount in front of them. I'm also working on finding a way to dim them since they are as stupid bright.
And thats about where I am right now. I'm going to tie the headlights into the bumper in the next couple days and then start working on blinkers so I can at least drive around town in between the days I'm working on it.

Well we had a bit of a snow day but it was my only free day last week so I spent all day freezing outside trying to replace ball joints with a parts store ball joint press. Future note to anyone looking to do ball joints, there is a separate kit you need for the jeep/dodge knuckles to press the upper back in. It can be done without it but it takes some creativity and a whole lot of patience.
Anyway, Lights mounted, ball and ujoints done on driver side. Blinkers mounted for now til I can get some better ones. I need a day to get above 50 now so I can get some paint on the inner fenders before I start putting fenders on.

Holy Bobbarino Vinny, that is some slick work!
Snow sucks, ask me how I sknow.
You should be on Santa's good list for the hard work your putting into it.
Thanks for sharing the build pics!
