Drilling 1/4" with a hand drill brings the suck... What size holes did you do into the angle, anyone who has completed and installed a set? 9/16" seems right since 1/2 is slightly too small

9/16" is correct.

I am running Rough Country shackles from a budget lift. Amazingly the only change in ride height was an 1/8" increase in the front but overall still a 2" lift. After a combination of drop and tilt and hoping it would work it still rides nice!

are you guys having any problems with the angle getting into the Exhuast hanger on the passenger side? I started to fab up a set last night and it seems like they are gonna be all into the rubber hanger do dad

How did you gain lift in the front? That's weird...
I'm eventually going to make a set, ill draw up some schematics with solidworks and share em on here so people can take a look.

I know, for the life of me I cant figure that one out BUT I am not complaining! The again she might be hinting she wants to go the full 3"!

I think im going to make a set to fix shacle angle.heres mine now with factory shackles..i dont want lift .how much lift will it produce?is there a way to relocate for better angle without lift?

Sorry didn't have the time to read through the thread. Now I am trying to understand the hole in the box part where the original shackle went through, 1 5/8" from the back and bottom?
