Another custom front bumper!
Hey guys. I built my front bumper a while back and painted it with bedliner. Recently, I ordered JCRs prerunner style wide hoop which is prebent but not notched. I've been working on and got it notched and tacked. Tomorrow I will finish weld, prime and paint it! Let me know what ya think!!

This is the paint I'm gonna use tomorrow after sanding with 120 discs then priming it. I've had good results using rustoleum and its a good price too!

Absolutely love the bumper. This is exactly what I want. I love the way it tapers down and is flush on the sides with the fenders. Ill be building a similar one as soon as I get my garage sorted out. Keep up the good work.

Ok guys. Got the front bumper all painted and welded today. Will do a few more coats then mount it tomorrow! Then I'll work on finishing the tire swing. That's my BFH by the way, and it works great

I do all of my welding with the Lincoln 125 HD wire feed welder. I use the .035 inner shield flux cored wire. Someday I would love to get a gas bottle and run it as MIG. The beads aren't great but could be better with gas. I would also love a constant current arc welder and run 7018 and 6010.
