Out of curiosity, why is the fairlead so low on the bumper? Seems like it would put a ton of extra stress on the cable and bumper with it in that location? You couldn't the winch up any?

The rest looks awesome.

Not that much stress is actually transferred from that point If I were to move the fairlead hole upward people would have to Drill out a hole in their barrel on the wench And restring the cable in backwards In would be out on the controls

like when pieces are first cut then bent then tacked then welded??

Ahh don't feel bad, you can sell yours and by mine. Bare metal without a hoop is $355 plus shipping.
