front lower shock mount
ok so i am going to build some front lower shock mounts. to get rid of bar pin any way here is a pic of the brackets i got today.
i will start on Thursday when i get some time. but i will need to cut down the mounts and enlarge the holes a bit. i hope this will show some people how to make better mounts for a lot cheaper then the aftermarket ones

then i welded both sided of the bracket and painted it black to stop rust.
sorry if that was rushed but i wanted to do one side and then get more detailed pics on the next side. but it was pretty easy took about 15 minuets.

Good idea man! I think I would put more bracing on the bottom, to connect the two pieces. Just to give it more strangth.

A1, nice idea! I run full traction BPE's and they look like that but with a flat bottom and bolt on. I like your permanent mount better. Are you gonna do that for the rear uppers to? It would be a LIFESAVER since getting those pesky snap-prone bolts out sucks.
