This is my first build, Ive done all the work myself besides gear setup.
This Jeep is a weekend warrior, DD.
Ive had this jeep since new. Yes I had the 0331 head go, that is what brought me to CF.
I did not have any mods besides changing the LP30 to HP, Then I came here

2000 Jeep Cherokee XJ sport.
4-4.5" Lift.

The run down...
-New 4.0L motor with 10500 miles on it from S&J engines, Wix 51515, Rotella T6 5w40, NGK plugs
-Clearwater head with a little porting( mostly getting the rough edges of cast out), no 0331.
-Spectre Cowl air intake.
-4 hole spray injectors.
-Jeepers and Creepers 62mm throttle body
-Banks torque tube header, No Cali emissions, just Federal.
-Dynomax cat back exhaust.
-Magnaflow High flow cat
-NP242.
-Rugged Ridge HD Steering Box Brace
-IRO HnT SYE and driveline.
-Brown Dog motor mounts
-160a alt, upgraded 4g wires.
-Wheels, are Goodyear wrangler MTr Kevlar 32" 11.5 15.
-Rims,ION Alloy 4/4.5 15X8 3.75 BB. I have 15x8 steels also.
-Bilstein 5100 shocks with IRO bar pin eliminators all around.
-All U-joints are Spicer.
-Extended IRO brake lines all around.
-Rear disk brake conversion from BigDavid.
-Rusty's tube winch bumper, I added some tie-ins and did some better welds in some spots.
-IRO tow hook bracket with D-rings
-Superwinch 9500 with synthetic rope.
-PIAA fog lights
-AutoPals with 90/100w 5000K upgraded wiring harness.
-Trans temp gauge/OEM trans cooler.
-LED blue Gauge Cluster bulbs.
-Currie HD steering,changing to something different soon.
-Rough country X-flex adjustable UPCA and LCA, soon going long arms this summer,still looking into what ones.
-JKS adjustable track bar, changing looking at options
-Trimmed up high front fenders, pool noodles, a small mod to get the flares up high,leaving the stock flares
-IRO NO strap,U-bolt axle Yokes front and rear.

Front /Axle:
-High Pinion D30, took out LP30
-lube locker gasket
-Spicer 5-760x
-Ox air locker
-Yukon 4.56 gears.
-Alloy USA chromoly axles.
-Alloy tube inserts
-JKS LCA Skids
-Prothane coil inserts.
-Zone 4.5" coils
-Zone swaybar Discos

Rear/ Axle:
-Chrysler 8.25 (29 spline)
-lube locker gasket
-Ox Air Locker
-Yukon 4.56 gears.
-DPG rear pump stop plates
-HD no lift shackle relocation brackets
with zone 1" shackles, great 45 degree angle.
3" Zone full leaf 4 degree shims

Armor...
-OR-Fab side armor
-JCR stage 2 Rocksliders
Rear tow hitch has a D-ring shackle thing from Smittybilt
Lots of recovery gear in the back, High-lift jack
The top lights are just cheap stuff off Amazon.
They are strict on mud flaps up here in AK so I have those..

Soon to come...
Gas tank skid, clock the t-case install the T-case skid plate Ive been lazy, 33" tires, rear bumper not sure what kind, IRO or other D30 Axle Truss.
