also made some spring plats for the rear, still trying to think of something creative to do to the front.

ended up not being to creative with it. just ground a channel for the ubolts in it. may change it up later if i get enough free time.

i finished mounting all of the tires today.








and tossed them on to get a idea of how it will look, actual ride height will be about an 1- 1.5" lower.

and i started on the rear framing for the fenders, and to brace up the back half of the CJ some.

1/4" angle.




still have ALOT more to do for the rear fenders, but this is a start

replaced the input shaft in the Dana300 so it will work with the chevy transmission.








and i also begun building the crossmember/skid plate....which is going to be BEEFY

so we had a little delay with finding the right flexplate. so the build was put on hold till we got that taken care of.


so now for some updates.

i build the crossmember and transmission mount for the CJ

the crossmember is built out of all 1/4" steel, and will be plated on all sides with 1/4" steel or aluminum that will be removable.
