Awesome work man! You must need to ice those huge cojones! haha!
Couple questions about this.. Why not just fab your own frame instead of trying to fix that one? Its been done a lot and not all that hard, especially with your skills.
And why not just run the YJ frame... would have made the body mounts a non issue??

The YJ frame met a pole, so the front was toast.
It if for a buddy of mine, so budget is limited.
When I bought the Tub off craigslist for $275 it had the replacement floor panel and mangled frame included.
So using the old frame and cutting patched from the YJ frame only cost time, and 2 rolls of wire for the welder.
Update 11/18/12
Got the brake lines plumbed.
Fuel lines also.
Tank is in, with new sender unit.
Exhaust back in (new hangers) and modified, it was hitting the T/C.
E brake cables mounted on frame.
Steering shaft rebuilt (Boot and trunion).
To Do:
Rear brake lines.
Backing plates need to be swapped around, on backwards.
E brakes hooked up.
RR Brake rebuild.
RR drive shaft reinstall.
etc etc etc.

Sorry, little or no progress.
Travel for work, death in the family.
Sickness and cold weather.
Ordered the rear brake master rebuild kit.
Brakes should be done soon.

Update 4/8/2013
Well after months of sitting on my lazy azz getting fat, I decided to do something with the pile of parts.
What I did this weekend:
Pulled rear axle shafts.
Swapped backing plates, They were reversed.
In order to do this you have to pull the rear wheel bearings (pressed on)
So here is the list of new parts.
New Bearings and retainers.
New seals.
New brake cylinders.
New shoes and hardware kits.
New drums.
New E-brake cables (Fitted and adjusted)
All installed and adjusted.
Feul tank in and plumbed, lines, vents, electrical.
Brake lines plumbed and connected.
Drive shaft back in.
Exhaust in and tight.
Vacuum lines for the Quadratec plumbed and done.
Now that all the underbody stuff is done, I set the tub and bolted it down for the last time.
Once the tub was down, i installed the feul filler.
Brake pedal assy and E brake pedal are in.
Pics to follow.
Next up :
Front brake lines (Flex) hard lines are run already.
Seats, steering column, heater box, dash, Windshield, cut in LED tailights, start hanging stuff back on the firewall.
Battery and see what wires were cut and why.
Try to fire this SOB.
Drop the one piece glass front end back on and go for a ride.
