Default Geo Metro engine swap

I have a 94 Geo Metro and the middle cylinder got scorthed. After to much research it is going to cost the same if not more to rebuild it as it would to get a different engine. The only engine I could find is from a 2000. How different do you think the blocks would be? Any help would be great.

I don't think the tranny will hold up guys! Maybe something in the lines where the tire is bigger than the piston

I'd so buy it from you if you lived closer. But answer to your question. NO.
