I had a 302 in a 73 ford f100 truck. Dual exhaust and a 4 barrel, man that thing would run. That is until the cam went bad and I junked it. Rust had eat the body up so bad,it wasn't worth fixing.

Glad to hear that there is some young blood that wants to learn how to work on stuff where you live! Good on ya' for taking the time to teach. My kids have several vehicles to learn on, but it will be a few more years until they actually start to understand the what/why thing... heck my son is only 6 and my daughter is going on 3 (IF she will quit running off the bolts that I just took out......kids. sigh.).

Thanks but I'm not sure my old junk can run the new fully synthetic stuff or not. Do they have new blinker fluid reservoirs?
