Cool Any body have a BIG truck?

I've been looking around and can't find any big truck forums. I just bought a GMC TOPKICK and will be building a hauler. Its a '94 6500, and was a moving truck. It had a 24' box on it that I already sold. Im gonna put a first gen Cadillac Escalade body on it, and a roll back behind that. The TOPKICK nose cone will bolt directly to the Escalade, and it will look like a 3 ton suburban. The truck has a 200HP CAT diesel, and an Alison automatic. Im just looking for others like me, I tend to stay so far out side the box people can't even believe what Im doing.

If you do this...a build thread will be mandatory. Positively mandatory.

I am not aware of forums specifically for the BIG trucks, but then again since I don't own one I have never looked.

Cool

Here's the first pic, its the only one I have right now.(yellow truck) I got the injectors lashed, and she runs great. Now I just need my caddy! The 2nd pic is a friends truck, I know its not a great pic but you get the idea. Wait till I see his suburban again, then you will see what BIG really means!

16' rollback(smallest usefull one) and a 23' escalde means you will be over 26001 lbs. Hope you have a CDL class B or farm tags.

Cool

The portion of the escalade Im using is only 15', so it wont be as long as you think. Im not worried about the weight ether. I have a class A so it makes no difference to me. Although I don't think it will be that heavy. The truck was 13,000 with the box on it, Im sure the box is weighs more then an escalede.
