Default WJ No Parking Brake in Park

Just realized this morning that when in park my jeep wants to roll. It drives fine, my lunchbox locker clicks in both turning directions. Any ideas what it could be?

TO clarify this is the parking brake not the emergency brake. The jeep rolls when the transmission is in park, no other symptoms. The emergency brake is fine.

update on problem, if teh jeep is slowly rolling and I put it in park I can hear the parking sprag chattering. So it is definitely the park sprag not engaging, any ideas on how hard it is to fix?

I think the the transmission must be removed and tore down to get to the sprag. I had a Chevy pickup that did the same thing. I was parked on a small hill and when I let my foot off the brake and got out ,the truck took off rolling down the hill and I had to chase it.

the sprag is actually in the overdrive unit, not sure but i think you can get to it without dropping the tranny. anyone know for sure?

update on the parking brake, a snap ring inthe overdrive unit busted. ruined teh planetary gear and sun gear. not sure of the cause. $1200 bill including replacing a rear axle seal, lucky I got an extended 3rd party warranty and they are going to cover it. That just paid for the warranty, thank god. Will try to get some pics of the parts as I asked for them back.
