1996 Grand Cherokee Larade 4.0

I switched out the motor, the switch, verified all fuses, and metered 12V at the rear wiper motor connector.

I still cannot get a rear wiper motor to work, the washer works fine and EVERYTHING else electrical in the vehicle functions great.

I chased down all fuses adn breakers, and again there4 is power to the connector in the rear.

if i have 12V at the connector, the motor shoudl work, correct? i find it hard to believe i have two faulty new motors in a row here.

any ideas ho to test a motor off the battery to see if i can verify the motor is functional and then narrow it to the wiring or the motor?

Did you use a new motor or a used motor when you swapped it out?
