No oil pressure

Good point. Do I need replace the engine or just the piston? Piston walls look fine no grooves or scratches.

You are asking a whole can of worms here. lol Do you have this all apart or just pulled the pan to take a look? If you have a broken skirt you are looking at some major work because the rest of the engine may have suffered just as much damage. I would really be concerned about the cam bearings at this point for sure.

While you have the pan off, pull a main bearing cap and look at the bearing. If to LOOKS good, use Plastigage and check the clearance. I think Bugz has the right idea. There may be a lot more damage than you think.

Pulled the pan unbolted the piston rod as well as the main cap inspected the bearings as well as pushed the number 6 piston up to inspect the bore. If I had a shop to lay the engine out in I would have already pulled and dismantled the engine.
