New shocks for upcountry suspension?
Looking for replacement OE ride quality shocks for our 03 Overland Jeep. I've confirmed it has UpCountry suspension and was looking at Monroe Reflex Monotube shocks. It's the wife's vehicle and won't get driven off road anytime soon. Don't want to go any rougher than stock at the moment.

Well, as an update, I went ahead and ordered the Monroe Reflex shocks for the Up Country suspension. I read too many posts that the Bilsteins in general were considered too firm by a lot of owners. Good for the trail, but rough for daily driving. KYB's were another consideration. I couldn't find a whole lot of good info on the KYB's, but many owners felt the Reflex's seemed to give an OE ride but not too bouncy. I have had spotty luck with the longevity of Monroe shocks in general, but haven't had the reflexes. I'll let you know...

Old fart with a wrench
I remember buying 4 Monroe shocks for my Chevy truck. 2 were made in USA, one was made in Mexico, and one in Hungary. They all lasted as long as I owned the truck.
