Default IS my Wheel Cylinder or Wheel Bearing going bad?

Yesterday after working on my Aunts car I started to smell some fluid on the back rear of my 98 Grand Cherokee, when I looked I noticed that it was all wet in there. The Gear cover has alittle small drip coming from it but at the bottom of the wheel cover it also has a small drip. Can anyone help! As I want to find the problem and get it fixed asap. Tonight I plan on spinning the Wheel off and take a look at it further. Thanks Guys!

When you pull the wheel off you will see if the caliper is leaking brake fluid. It doesn't have wheel cylinders in the rear. If it's not leaking, then pull the caliper and rotor off, and if the rear axle seal is leaking you'll be able to see where it's coming from inside the parking brake assembly in the center.
