Limited Slip

I have a 2000 GC limited w/4.7 liter. I am wondering if jeep put a limited slip diff in any of these and how I find out what I have?

If it's a Quadra Drive then you have Veri-Lok Axles

If you don't have Quadra-Drive, it's unlikely unless there is an aftermarket or dealer installed upgrade..

I have the selec-trac NV-242 Transfer case. I have requested a build sheet from jeep on my jeep to see if I can find out for sure.

well one sure way to know if you have a posi is lift the rearend up and turn a wheel. if they go both turn the same direction you have a posi, or limited slip. if they turn opposite then its just normal. Not sure what a verilok does. I think I have one in my 04 but we just got it and just use it as a car.
