important gauges
Hey all. I have a 98 5.9 and I have a place to put 3 gauges. I already have a transmission temp gauge, what other two would be recommended for this Jeep? Fuel pressure? Oil pressure? Temps? Thank you.

If you're going off road, maybe an inclinometer? Or as some people call it, a "tilt" gauge.

What size you looking at? I'd recommend 52mm.
Fuel pressure is always great to have, it is good at helping to diagnosing problems. Oil temperature is always good to have as well. And then for the 3rd gauge, get and OBDII capable gauge and install that to see all of the data available from your Jeeps ECU.
I have used Prosport gauges with good success and they are wel priced. I actually have more expensive gauges from a company called PLX and honestly they suck and are really glitchy.
You can also get the prosport heads up display as well if you don't want a traditional gauge.

For normal style gauges I recommend the Halo gauges.

They also have this OBD solution but it is not available yet but looks simple.

Autometer is okay, do those gauges piggy back off of one power source? The Prosports do and it is a nice feature. They just use a patch cable to link to each other.
