I Hate My 95 ZJ Stock Horn
Ok, so I hate my horn! Sounds like something that you'd find on a Yugo
So, I'm thinking about running to a junkyard and grabbing a more manly sounding horn. I need suggestions on the best sounding horn, and, if anyone knows, if y'all think it would be an easy swap. I'm hoping it's just gonna be two wires and away I go.

It is easy, my last zj I grabbed an alarm horn and wired it up, whenever I pushed my horn it would start makin a car alarm for as long as I held it ha ha. Not manly I guess but it sure was fun to Ness with people

Seems older Cadillacs had a pretty loud horn, but most modern (U.S.) vehicles have horns about the same loudness and sound. Whatever you get one off of, just look for one easy to get to and maybe cut the wiring a few inches before the connector for easy splicing. Most decent sounding horns will have 2 horn assemblies.

My guess is that one of the two horns on your ZJ isn't working. One has a hi tone, the other a low tone. On my '97 ZJ they were mounted from underneath in front of the right front tire. They're on a bracket that has the mounting bolt between the two horns.

Might be hard to find a spot to mount these, then you will need an onboard air supply and at least a 5 gal storage tank, but these are bada$$ horns.
