How do I replace the return power steering hose on a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited with a 4.7L engine?

I have a 1999 Jeep GC 4.7L also and just learned that the lower power steering hose must be purchased at the dealership, costs about $65. They said the hose has a valve inside it that relieves pressure in the system. None of the parts houses (AutoZone, Advance, etc) carried the hose.

And also the air filter box must be removed completely to access the hoses with a wrench. There are 3 fasteners, all are 13mm. Begin by removing the cover and air filter to the box, then loosen up the 13mm bolt from the top on the top right hand side of the box. Next, jack up the driver's side of the vehicle a bit and remove only one of the plastic push pins for the wheel well covers to access the 2 nuts securing the air box to the vehicle. Simply use a 13mm box wrench and feel under the flap for the nuts, then loosen and remove them. The air box should now come off quickly. The lower two bolts are held on by jam nuts and don't need to be removed, only remove the 13mm nuts as described.

P/S hose replacement is now a snap.
