Question Grand Cherokee making noise when turning left

Hey yall,
Im new to this. I have a problem with my 2004 Grand Cherokee Overland. When i turn sharp left It makes a sort of "grinding" or "moaning" sound, and there is a little vibration too.
It only makes this sound and vibration when im turning at low speeds, such as driving through a parking lot. When i straighten the wheel back out, the sound goes away and it's smooth again. It's all stock so there is no tire rub. I heard this could be a CV joint but i would like some other inputs too.

This video is what it sounds like.

Once again,
-2004 Grand Cherokee Overland
-4.7L HO
-Quadra Drive
-All stock
-92,000 miles

Gremlins. Haha. But seriously, were there any other factors leading to this? Nail a curb, etc?

I haven't done anything different than i normally do. Haven't hit anything. It started a few weeks ago, and it has very gradually gotten louder.

change ur rear diff fluid and see if that helps. my 95 grand has an lsd from the factory and everytime i turned it would grind. changed it added some friction modifier and all is well

The noise sounds likes its coming from the front though. Would the front diff have anything to do with noise while turning or is that a rear diff

I'm new to Jeeps myself but would follow x91's advice and also may be a good idea to get the wheel off and give it a good visual inspection.

Mine sounded like it was coming from the rear but it was every time I turned. Your tires might be rubbing on the lwer control arms when u turn. Turn ur wheels all the way and then get under and see if ur rubbing something

so x91j,
your jeep made the sound like the one in the video and all you did was change differential fluid and add friction modifier and the sound stopped?

Default Noise when turning.

If your your cv boot is cracked. The lube will sling out and water and grit will get in. Check that.
