Default Exhaust Question

From the CAT back, are the exhausts the same on a 4.0i6 and a 4.7v8 (2000 model)? Reason for asking is I can get a 4.0i6 stainless system for £200, I think it should fit but I am not sure.

Thanks.

No, the GC exhaust makes a wider arch over the rear axle, i tried to fit one under my XJ.

Both should be the same if you get a full cat-back

Also, is their a difference between the jeep Cherokee and Grand Cherokee exhausts? ie will a 4.0 Cherokee exhaust fit a 4.0 Grand Cherokee?

thanks.
