you bleed then like any other brake system make sure you have plenty of fluid in the reservoir and start with the passenger rear pump the brakes, hold pressure on brakes, bleed brakes till peddle touches it stopping point, repeat till no air comes out, then move to driver rear, repeat process, move to passenger front, repeat bleeding process, then move to driver front, and bleed process them. Then when your all said and done refill fluid and move it about 100 yards or so and see how they feel.

Rotors are cheap enough to replace, instead of having some parts guy turn them down to min specs just so they warp shortly after your brake job.

Sorry new brake lines to. My dad just replaced a lot on it. The brake pedal just goes right to the floor without a few pumps even then it will still go down.

make sure to keep the master full!!! Do not leave it run dry. Start at the right rear, left rear, right front, left front. And I would try gravity bleeding, just crack the bleeder loose and leave it like that until fluid starts dripping out. Then close off and move to the next one.
Another question, was the brake pedal soft before he did the lines?
