Default big drips of water dripping out of tail pipe

yesterday after driving for about 30 mins stopped in a parking lot checked my exhaust muffler was leaking still. Noticed too that water was dripping on to the ground from my exhaust pipe. was 7 inch diamater of water spot on the ground from the the water coming out of the exhaust.

Is this normal for a v8? Would I have to do a air intake manilfold gasket or head gasket repair?

There's a good chance you've got a head gasket leak and you're buring coolant. Does your exhast smell sweet? If so, you're buring coolant.

Depend on outside temp. It could be just condensation, but check the coolant level and look at oil dipstick. If the oil is "milky" then time for "head job".

Cool

Your thinking to hard, I dought very much it has a coolant leak(head gasket) problem. Depending on outside temp, exhaust system temp , and driving habits this all sounds about normal. Incidently that is why the manufacturers put drain holes in the mufflers in the first place.

Try running a bottle of HEAT through it. Also try a different gas station.

I use to have some dripping that looked like more to normal to me, put a bottle of heat through it and I have been using only Shell Gasoline.

Havent seen a drip in some time. Could have been something else, also if you're running AC doesnt water come out the exhaust?
