I bought this bumper from Nates4x4.com and it came in today. Problem is...I can't figure out how the thing mounts to the Jeep? It looks like I need some sort of mounting bracket, but he doesn't list one on the site for a ZJ, or if it's something we need to fabricate. My ZJ does not have tow hooks so I don't know if it would use the same bracket. The mounting points on the bumper are a little wider than the holes that I think the hooks go in, but I don't have them so I don't know, LOL. Does anyone happen to have the same bumper that can tell me what I need to do? I'm gonna call and/or e-mail in the morning but I don't know if he's there on weekends.

I have the plastic bumper cover off of course, but do I need to modify the silver part that is underneath, or do I try to remove it? It looks to be spot welded to the rest of the Jeep in addition to being bolted on.

Sorry to seem like such an idiot but the bumper came in whilst my "better" half was "out with the boys" this afternoon/evening and now he's a bit wound up that he can't just bolt the bumper on and be done with it. I sure as heck don't know and it didn't come with instructions. Pretty sweet bumper though!
