2014 JGC Sports mode gone?

2014 JGC Sports mode gone?
Hi all,
Newbe to the forum. Question, my 2014 grand cherokee V8 decided to stop going into sports mode...no little flags either..
Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else and what was the corrected action? Seems like it runs fine in the auto mode eco mode.. If i press the paddles i do have to shift manually but no sports mode indication flag or in the display..Now we only had it one month so go easy on me if im missing anything.. thanks for your time.
I hope this time i'm on the right forum...LOL, I've messed this up twice.

Having said that, I suggest you take it to the dealer. A 14 is a bit new for most of us here to know much about, especially when it comes to the drivetrain electronics. You can try jeepgarage.com. Those guys seem to be more street custom and performance oriented then those of us who bash on them off-road.
