1996, NO turn signals, or info center
1996 Grand Cherokee, 4.0.
Turn signals, and dash stopped working the other day, when you pull back on the multifunction switch the information center lights up, but the multifunction switch must be pulled back towards the wheel, swapped it out with another good switch, still does the same thing. At certain times the relays in the fuse panel on the passenger side start beeping and buzzing.
Any Ideas?

UPDATE: there is no power to the turn signal fuse, or the flasher fuse. I am wandering is there a fuse block diagram out there? It seems there are some open places where relays are not at, either missing or not used.
