Loss of power Egg smell Stalling
1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. My jeep has 227xxx miles on it and while driving it will hesitate a few time and around the third time It will die. Radio stays on but engine shuts down. Usually starts back up right away, Regardless of how long I drive it will do this, died as I was idle in driveway for a couple minutes. No check engine light. Occasionally a rotten egg smell after the vehicle dies.

Welcome to CF!
In my opinion, the catalytic converter is partially plugged and strangles the engine when it gets hot. The rotten egg smell is sulfur dioxide, usually produced by burning engine oil or poorly refined fuel.
