Xj to grand
I will try and make this short. I have a 96 xj that has a rubicon express extrem duty lift with an arb air lock front axel and a ford 9" rear end. But someone wrecked it and bent the frame bad.
I just got a 95 grand Cherokee stock. How much of a project is it gonna be to switch my drivetrain over the grand Cherokee. Any pointers would come in handy. Gonna start this weekend if all gows well.

Not knowing much about your XJ, the front axle should work fine. The rear, your will have to cut and weld. The XJ uses leaf springs in the rear and the ZJ uses coil springs. Your drive shafts will probably not work and due to difference in wheel base. It's doable, but as DesertFox said, you need to be able to weld and fund the project.
